Fresh/ dried Rosemary

Freshly boiled hot water

A mug or a teapot

 

Directions:

Boil your hot water in a kettle or on the stove

Add a teaspoon of rosemary into a tea strainer. If you don’t have a tea strainer you can pick up a very affordable one here.

Pour the hot water into your mug

Add the tea strainer into the water and leave to simmer for about 5 minutes.

Once complete you can drink as desired or add a sweetener of your choice.
